2027 Hosted Safaris

Colin & Laura will be hosting another safari from May 22 – June 1st 2027, visiting all our favourite places, at our favourite time of the year.

May is considered a transitional month when it comes to the annual wildebeest migration.

In May, the wet season is coming to an end. When the rains stop, the wildebeest migration begins the long trek back through
the central Serengeti plains, and north towards the Mara River.

You can expect this time of year to be green, and a possible shower of rain but don’t forget rain means game, making it an
excellent time of year for wildlife sightings. As the summer holidays have not yet started, May is a quieter month (low season)
which means there is a good chance you will not have to share sightings with an abundance of other cars and tourists, and we
can make the most of the low season deals that are on offer.

Certainly, our favorite time of the year to be on safari, and we cannot wait to share the experience with you.

The Safari Itinerary includes:

• Two nights in Arusha to help us get over the long trip, including day trip into Arusha National park.
• Three days/two nights in Tarangire National park
• A day trip into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the natural wonders of the world
• Three nights in the Ndutu area, an off the beaten track gem that never dissappoints!
• Two nights in the heart of the famouse Serengeti National park

Cost of this 11 day/10 night hosted safari comes to:

USD $6240 per person sharing

For those wanting their own room, there is a single supplement of USD $310 per person

Optional additions:

• Serengeti balloon flight including a full Champagne breakfast served out of Africa style in the bush
• For those who would like to extend their trip by having a couple of nights on the tropical island of Zanzibar, or a Gorilla Trek in Rwanda/Uganda, let us know and we can put this together for you.
